Lott3Metz has completed schematic design and initial budget estimates for a multi-use retail/office/housing project in the Heartside Historic District of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. The proposed eight story building would be the neighborhood’s tallest structure and a focal point of the local development efforts. The first floor will house retail tenants ranging from 1,500 to 11,000 square feet. The second through seventh floor were conceived with maximum flexibility in mind - allowing the Ownership group to market the condominiums for residential and/or commercial office use. The eighth floor is reserved for a luxury condominium with a sprawling roof deck. Each unit on every floor will have a private terrace space and expansive views of the Grand River Valley.
