MY HEALTHY GREEN HOME

In the spring of 2003 Lott3Metz was selected by a joint venture of the Inner City Christian Federation and the West Michigan Sustainable Business Forum (ICCF/SBF) to guide the partnership through a process to develop sustainable design and construction standards for all future ICCF development and to design a multi-family housing unit based on these standards for construction in the Wealthy-Jefferson Neighborhood of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The resulting four unit building will be a paragon of sustainable design and construction strategies while jumpstarting new housing development in a transitional neighborhood near downtown Grand Rapids.
