In September of 2003 Lott3Metz moved from its much loved first home above one of Grand Rapid’s finest restaurants into its greatly anticipated new storefront space on Oakes street in downtown Grand Rapids. The storefront retail space is part of the Donovan Building and part of Lott3Metz’s ongoing commitment to Grand Rapids and its urban neighborhoods. In addition to its work space for four people, the office has group meeting and work areas, lounge/display areas, and multi-function presentation panels custom fabricated for the project. The revitalized storefront has brought new life back to its block of Oakes street and has become a focal point for similar projects recently launched in the neighborhood.
