Currently under construction, the Donovan Building is a early 20th Century structure that had into disuse in the 1980’s. Lott3 formed a partnership with McGraw Construction and Ashlar, LLC to redevelop the property into a mixed-use facility including apartments, retail lease space, commercial lease space, and tenant parking in the basement. The building occupies a prominent corner in the Heartside Historic District along the US131 Business Loop. The project will be restored to United States Department of Interior Standards in an effort to secure all available federal and state historic tax credits. When completed the Donovan Building will become an anchor for further development and redevelopment projects along Division Avenue.
