Lott3 Metz worked with the UICA in redesigning their facilities to meet the new demands of their members. Through an interactive design charette with the end users we were able to identify the areas that needed to be transformed. The entire lower level was reworked to allow for more classroom space and more flexible studio areas. The UICA is now able to have more class offerings, accommodate more after hours members in a welcoming manner, and more effectively set up events and perform dance events.
