SANDMANN'S
GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN

Lott3 Metz worked closely with Bazzani Associates in renovating an old porcelain tiled service station for the relocation of Sandmann's restaurant and take out. A strong sense of entry and welcome was created with the new design as well as more on site parking and outdoor eating. All of the storm water is contained on site through the creative implementation of a bio-swale.
