The project team of Lott3Metz, Comprehensive Engineering, The Baker Group came together to design the foodservice portion of Butterworth Hospital’s new front entry. Given its location nestled between the new Meier Heart Center and the main entrance to Butterworth Hospital, The Mehney Terrace Bistro has become a frequent and comfortable stop for both staff and visitor alike. The Bistro’s expanse of North facing glass connects the users to the bustle of Butterworth Campus and provides ample light for all spaces within. The Bistro’s servery layout providing for grab and go food service and novel daily menu items gives the final product a unique presence in a typical healthcare environment. |
