CLEVELAND RESIDENCE
Prior to Lott3 Metz Architecture, Greg Metz, in
collaboration with Chad Gould, designed a new vacation residence
in Tamworth, New Hampshire in 2001. The design parameters were to
design an eco-friendly house with an efficient organization of spaces
to minimize square footages. The main floor is open which allows
for the living, dining, and kitchen to share space as necessary.
In 2004 Lott3 Metz designed an addition to the house so that they
can move to the house as their permanent residence. The addition
is essentially a bedroom/art studio apartment for their daughter.
