BELMONT DENTAL FACILITY

Working closely with Icon Properties and McGraw Construction, Lott3Metz was hired in the fall of 2003 by Doctor Eric English and Doctor John Frey to design their new offices in Belmont Township, Michigan. The plan, symmetrical in diagram, allowed each doctor similar functions and square footages while providing for the unique needs of each of the practices. The plan was oriented to provide patient views from each of the operatories out to the protected woodland recreational trail system immediately to the South of the building. Natural light flows into all interior spaces from clerestory windows and the open interior plan. Both staff and patient have hailed the recently completed structure as great place to give and
receive top notch dental care.
