IONIA COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH

Working in concert w/ Fleis & Vandenbrink Construction Management, Lott3Metz worked with the board, management, and staff of Ionia Community Mental Health to develop an efficient new building for ICMH to relocate and consolidate their services. The recently completed 12,000 sq ft structure provides a varying number and size of therapy environments and office environments while maintaining complex security and confidentiality structures for both client and service provider. The building was developed by FVCM in a lease/buy back relationship that will enable ICMH to impact its balance sheet in only the most favorable manner.
