Ted
Lott founded Lott3Metz Architecture, LLC in the summer of
2001 with a concentration in innovation urban design and architecture
in downtown Grand Rapids. Mr. Lott has designed and led the
development of some of the most important work in Grand Rapids
in the past five years. His working relationships with some
of West Michigan's leading organizations have resulted in
the steady growth of Lott3Metz, resulting in its evolution
to Lott3Metz Architecture, LLC in January of 2004.
The past three years of Mr. Lott's work with Lott3Metz Architecture,
LLC has seen a high volume of work successfully completed
for organizations such as Spectrum Health and Aquinas College.
He is intimate with the goals and concerns of the modern facilities
management department and their relations with the associated
user groups. Mr. Lott has worked hard over the past few years
to become an active stakeholder in the city neighborhoods.
Building strong relations with not only the City of Grand
Rapids, but also the neighborhood residents all around the
city.

Greg Metz
Principal

Greg Metz came to Lott3Metz Architecture,
LLC early in 2003 as an award-winning designer with over a
decade of professional experience. From his work in custom,
high-end housing in the early nineties to his groundbreaking
work for Steelcase later in the decade, Mr. Metz has consistently
proven to be a designer and practitioner of great sensitivity
and acumen. With Lott3Metz Architecture, LLC forming in January
2004, Mr. Metz has taken the next step in his personal and
professional development.
A longtime advocate and practitioner of sustainable design principles;
Mr. Metz is a LEED accredited professional. Mr. Metz's commitment
to sustainable design is highlighted in his ongoing work with
the Sustainable Business Forum and the Inner City Christian
Federation and their collaborative efforts to create green
guidelines for affordable housing as well as to design and
build affordable sustainable housing in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In addition to the time he spends with the SBF, Mr. Metz is
also a devoted Adjunct Professor at Kendall College of Art
and Design.

Amy Ver Hoef
Director of Interior Design

An
exciting new addition to the Lott3Metz Architecture, LLC team,
Amy Ver Hoef brings a wide breadth of experience to her role
as Director of Interior Design. From her early work for clients
such as Steelcase and Herman Miller to her more recent work
for numerous western Michigan school districts, Ms. Ver Hoef
has consistently displayed a creative eye with a deft and
innovative touch to her interiors work.
Ms. Ver Hoef comes to Lott3Metz Architecture,
LLC with a passion for the principles of sustainable design
which is evident in her exhaustive research of innovative
products and materials, and their inventive use in her work.
Ms. Ver Hoef's experience has ranged from large-scale corporate
workplaces to sustainable learning environments. She is a
passionate interior designer who enjoys working with project
teams to gain deeper insight into understanding how users
comprehend and use the built environment.

Martin Cimek
Chief Information Officer

Martin Cimek is a versatile
graphic designer coming from a background in illustration. He
has extensive experience in corporate communication as well
as working with many smaller youth and sport markets. He maintains
a strong sense of illustrative elements and original drawing
in his design technique. His career experience spans projects
including; brand-building, logos, magazines, annual reports,
identity systems, catalogs, advertisements, posters, packaging,
signs, websites and presentations.
Most recently employed by Viant as a graphic designer, Martin
worked on team engagements with strategists, technologists and
other creatives to build e-business solutions for Fortune 500
companies. Three of the biggest and most recent were Northwestern
Mutual (Life Insurance), Sears and Fidelity Investments U.K.
in London. Martin was the primary design force behind the design
of both Northwestern Mutual.com and National Tire & Battery.com.
Martin graduated in 1992 from Kendall College of Art & Design
in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a BFA in Graphic Design. Since
relocating to Chicago he has been an active professional for
over ten years as a designer, art director, and illustrator
and
in recent years he has broadened his media range to include
Web design and multimedia applications.

Shawn Pursley
Chief Technology Officer

Shawn Pursley has over 20 years experience
in the IT field. When not spending time at the Lott3Metz clubhouse,
he oversees imaging, web database development and network troubleshoots
for Eagle Transport Services, Inc., in Holland, Michigan. Shawn
holds certifications in networking and XML development from
IBM.
